And he shall live to run another day…. November 21, 2008

Thanks to everyone for the well wishes and good mojo sent our way for Jeff’s operation. I am happy to say that he came through today just fine…with a little surprise once the surgeon got in there. Instead of “bone chips” lodged in his ankle joint, he found a huge bone spur that had grown down into the tendons and joint. Obviously, that caused extreme swelling and pain. Once he had cut that out, he has determined that the crazy man will live to run once again.
Hopefully, Lake Placid is still within his reach.:-)

Wow that bone spur sounds awful – but glad the operation went well and he is on the mend for Lake Placid! Tell him we are thinking of him and sending healing thoughts.
